This report eventually evaluates to claim that good health is achieved simply by repairing the body once it goes wrong. One of the marvels of the human machinery is how rarely anything goes seriously wrong, and how good the repairing process of the body goes to defend itself. This comes into the mind when thinking being an adult. There is no doubt in imagining that how hard it is that our bodies will ever be any different from what they are now. A fully functioning person is grown up from a single cell to human organism. Malfunctioning also arises from the same process under the effect being slow or rapid sometimes. The ferocity of a microbial invader or magnitude of an injury is sometimes being too large that the body is simply overwhelmed. Malfunctions from different causes or age factor breaks down the body or part of it, just in the case of nonliving machines.
Discussion
Good health can be simply be attained by repairing the body when it goes wrong. This could be done by keeping the disease away from the body. No system is perfect, and there is no such disease that eventually meets to body and makes no damage. The disease can be understood as a process that causes a change from good health, or as interferes with a structure of the body. This relative serious process of disease may progress or get worse among the different people. Such diseases might include plague or lung cancer. Illness is generally related to the term that causes temporary changes to a body such as flu. Generally, conditions are also the part of such process which causes a relatively serious disease but does not get worse such as broken bone. An overlap can be seen in these disorders from diseases(Cole, 2001, 92-98).
It requires days and years to bring a change to a person. The dimension of time must be visualized when thinking about human health. Chronic or acute disease conditions can be seen among humans. The rapid growing disease that lasts short time is termed as acute illness. However, the disability or long term effects or damage to a body can be recorded through acute illness (Basser, Dannenberg, 2005, 275-278). A long time or the lifetime disease which begins slowly falls under chronic illness. Handling sugar properly with Insulin throughout life time is an example of chronic disease. The nutritional status of the elderly is determined by the requirements and intake; they in turn are influenced by other factors, such as physical activity, lifestyle, the existence of social and family networks, psychological and mental activity, the health condition or disease and socioeconomic constraints. Any assessment of nutritional status, therefore, should include information on these factors, in order to understand the cause of any deficiencies, remedial design interventions and evaluate their effectiveness(Agarwal, 2004, 519-520).
Good health is certainly hard to achieve sometimes. Good health deals with the disease, prolonging life and promoting health ...
