As I am being employed in the organization for more than 4 years as and determine the routine of member of this organization behave towards each other in department and other departments. There are also the rituals for the organization life such as monthly training programs, assessment and promotions, but the decision has to be made after understanding g what the most important things are is required in organization. Culture routine and rituals has been the innovative and the can be seen in also other organization, such rituals recurring the pattern the way of people that interacting and blocking the flow of ideas for preventing their implementation.
There are often occurs the problem when the new proposal need to be approved and the leasing the endless meeting at the part from higher level of management. As the results the most senior people of the organization involved in the ideas about the context for a business about which having not much knowledge. Our managers are being mostly engaged to say that “will you put more resource in it”? Instead of asking that, “do you think that this is one good idea”? We are at the lower end does always realize that the only way to get our idea being approved by putting the more and more suggestion to them, because upper level of management would prefer to hear more and more suggestions. When our new idea is going to be failed that looks our career is being just not protect. The refusal of our proposal means the organization is doomed to repeating the pattern which they have followed in past, rather they seeking for to break the ritual and routine out from counterproductive.

The framework that defines the whole hierarchy off my organization is includes the line of authority, roles, communication and the responsibilities within the organization. The structure of entire organization is depending on the strategy and objectives (Tony, 1995, p. 4). The organization has runs with following matrix structure through which the employees and the managers are relates with different department and makes their best effort to accomplish the overall goal of entire organization.
