Introduction

Happiness is the ultimate goal of human life. Actually it's the desire of a human to achieve and when it's achieved then it means that the individual is happy. The existence of basic, innate, inherited from their distant ancestors and virtues, is a fundamental acceptance of Positive Psychology. Are those that are the antithesis of well defined biological negative human characteristics and are divided into tonic and phasic, the first to occur indefinitely, at different times and varying circumstances and second to answer very specific, rare and very strong stimuli.

The kindness, spirituality, dedication is in the first category, while the second ranked as justice, bravery, perseverance. It is important to note that researchers involved in the prevention of mental illness have concluded that there are some forces of the man who can act as a deterrent against the disease.

Discussion

Some of these forces, let us call it personal, make up the staff, a separate 'arsenal' of each and the development and exploitation for the benefit of drawing attention to its specificity, we should, in accordance with the Positive Psychology is the key to our pursuit. Not so much the elimination of weaknesses and improvement of our defects as the development of our individual forces can give us the deepest satisfaction. Therefore, the ultimate goal of man should be to build on the strengths and virtues in all aspects of life: work, love, raising children.

For Religious Point of View

Happiness is achieved only in union with God, cannot be happy without this communion. Happiness being regarded as the definitive collection of the state of fullness and satisfaction of all needs is achievable only at that level after the death .

However, there are different views as to examine religion. For Christianity is expressed in living out the beatitudes and the teachings of the Bible (especially the Gospels) and the monitoring and communion with Christ raised through the Holy Spirit. Very similar to this is the Muslim way.

The Hindu despite having a revelation God other than Christianity and Islam, raises happiness as a permanent state of eternal human soul to be found (lighting) and leads to the natural experience happiness. Not by works but the works are a consequence and duty of the state "discovered" that leads the man to discover the essential unity of his soul with the universal spirit (God) and all souls. In conclusion happiness in religions such as Christianity, Muslim or Hindu communion is achieved or discovered, a task of human beings and grace of God the Creator.

The exception among the major organized religions of the world is the Buddhism, although historically a religion akin to Hinduism, but is non-theistic, in the absence or a creator, not a soul. Buddhism believes that lasting happiness is achieved by eradicating the yearning passion , which in turn is achieved only to the "awakening" of the illusion of "self", ...
