This proposal analyzes the story of Hamlet and the symbols and motifs connected to it.

Theme

The thing that divides Hamlet from the further plays of revenge (and perhaps from each play in writing before it) is that the deed we look forward to peek, especially Hamlet him-self, is constantly delayed whereas Hamlet endeavors to get added convinced information concerning the thing which he is doing.

The play impersonates numerous matters which the further plays would take easily for granted. We Can have definite information about the ghosts? Is ghost the thing that it seems to be, or is it actually a deceptive fiend? Does the ghost have dependable information concerning demise of its own, or the ghost is mislead itself? Moving on to more possible subjects: How can we realize for certain the details about a misdeed that has no witnesses? Can Hamlet realize the state of Claudius's soul by observing his behavior? If so, can he realize the details of the thing that Claudius did by discerning the state of his soul? Can Claudius (or the audience) realize the state of Hamlet's brain by discerning his demeanor and hearing to his speech? Can we realize if our actions will have the penalties we desire them to have? Can we realize anything about the afterlife? (Bate 12)

The Complexity of Action

Directly related to the subject is the subject of action. In Hamlet, how the issue is not only by rational factors, such as the certainty they need, but also to emotional, moral, psychological factors.
