Since the beginning of America history, Guns have played a very important role in creating the violence in the society especially in the school and learning environments. It was actually since 1791, when the constitution to control the gun use and exploitation were made and amended in the United States Constitution. The English Bill of Rights which was passed in 1689 has been the greatest influence for including the amendment regarding the gun use and its control.
