Address.
Respected Mr. Eric Ben,
As the Executive Director of the Social Skill Program, I humbly submit my grant proposal for you review. I am requesting a total of 10,000 dollars from the Government's Department of Youth Affairs for the execution of the program from planning to execution stage. The program aims to target the social skills and abilities juveniles and adolescents. In the year 2009, amongst individuals aging from 10-24 years, the arrest rates for violent crimes was 519.6 for males and the arrest rate was 118.5 for females. The program strongly believes that this increase in crime rate amongst such young individuals is often caused by the lack of sufficient social skills in these individuals. The program further believes that lack of these skills in young individuals makes them unable to communicate effectively their opinions, needs or queries. Analysis has shown that such young individuals are more prone to violent and aggressive behavior. As a result, let alone in America, majority of such individuals are known to commit crimes of various natures.
Therefore, our program aims to deal with the problems faced by these young minds and in turn offer effective solutions. By investing in our program, the department will help us in arranging useful activities and measures for thousands of children currently facing the problem.
I hope that you will consider our proposal help us accordingly. We will be waiting to hear from you.
Yours Sincerely
Executive Director of the program.
