There are many issues that need to be evaluated and in contemporary Africa there are many political issues which are not yet been addressed or are unable to be resolved. Without a compromise that would double-check "ethnic justice", neither so-called "liberal democracy", neither any other species of government will succeed in Africa. If "liberal democracy" presently has any evolutionary benefits, it will have to acclimatize to local truths, and its contours will be shaped by indigenous African socio-cultural traditions.
