a. Philosophy enunciated in the Declaration of Independence

That all men are naturally equal, and therefore entitled to the same fundamental rights. Because people are imperfect, they require the government to create a Company, but the role of government is to guarantee their rights. Since the rights of the population they are the ones who can judge how their rights are better protected. Therefore, governments are legitimate only if they have the consent of the governed and the people have the right to withdraw consent and to change their government if they think their rights are threatened. (Krishna, 1996)

b. What were the main arguments for and against the ratification of the Confederation and the Constitution?

After the American Revolution was a new government to implement. They protested against excessive taxes on the ownership of voting extracts that taxes for the poor from voting unfair by the court of appeal to the high cost of trials and the absence of a stable currency. They wanted the government to issue paper money, because it is cheaper than gold and silver.

After retirement George Washington heard about this, immediately went to Massachusetts to stop it. He was totally surprised to see people fighting against the country that fought to free the men. (1786 George Washington is concerned) stated that the rebels who later arrested and the rebellion was crushed. (Krishna, 1996) It was a long and difficult decision to give the people the right to express their views or not. Opinions on the subject are what make it very difficult to reach a conclusion.
