The company was established by the entrepreneurs Larry Page and Sergrey Brin, who were completing their PhD degrees from Stanford University. The company has become so influential in nature that the term Google has become synonymous with the internet searching functions. The internet market has enhanced on a rapid pace over the recent period of time, in this scenario the culture of short term online companies has developed. Online companies startup due to the lack of infrastructure required for the formation, however the dilemma occurs due to the short cycles. However Google Inc. has become a global giant in the internet based business entities, by providing innovative and creative online solutions. The function of Google is to ensure that the information can be provided to the relevant individuals through an intelligent tool. The initial success of the company was based on the innovative search engine function that it provided top eth global customers, however the transition to the global brand status for Google has been based on eth activity of rapid mergers and acquisitions. Has realized that in the recent highly competitive business environment it is essential that the company is able to attain the most effective and innovative business solutions. These companies only focus on their own shareholders and in this context make the relevant business decisions.
