Summary of Book

The book has personal stories from people who have influence in their workplaces and those who examine the biblical characters at their workplaces. The book teaches readers easy-to-implement ways for being a witness without witnessing, making life count for God every day of week, formulating trust with the most unconvinced person, drawing interest rather than fire towards faith and giving the precious gift to the co-workers.

It teaches that evangelism is not a mere event but a relational process. Every individual is gifted with a critical role to play for drawing other people to himself. Second chapter tells people that they do not have to leave their workplace in order to get the joy of being useful to God because God wants people to be useful right where they are (Peel and Larimore, 2003). Christians always possess what other people want and that is why they have to learn communicating in ways which can be understood by other and this is also taught in this book. People often miss understand that other will hear them on their own but chapter four “Earning the Right to be Heard” teaches if people want to be heard about their faith then they must have to pay attention on their own attitude first.
