The objectives for Healthy People 2020 provide a framework for addressing health disparities

The health outcome is greater and lesser in the existing population in US. So when there is a greater or lesser outcome in the existing population the disparity arises. The disparity arises and when there is a disparity the individual is unable to come up achieving good health. Healthy individuals can strive in 2020 framework. The goal of 2010 was expended in 2020 as the goal is to eliminate and reduce health disparities. Besides the factor of eliminating disparity the component that is added is to achieve health equity and to improve the heath of all age groups. There are societal efforts that maintain equality between individuals (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 2013).

In the health people framework the US department and human services work together for the long lives of the people. Their mission is to identify health problems around the world. They increase public awareness regarding diseases. They provide objectives goals at national and local level. They take multiple actions to strength the health policy and practices. Besides this they identify the research needs and data collection with evaluation of the data. They objectives related to the health disparity as the patient lives long life that is preventable from diseases. They improve health of all age groups. They create environment to promote health that is physical ands social environment. They also promote quality of life for the people suffered from health disparity. The geographic model of healthy people depicts the determinants and ecological framework for this approach. There is an emphasis and influence of health outcomes regarding the graphic framework of health disparity (Healthy People Framework 2020).
