Globalization may provide greater benefits to the nations and companies. It may greatly benefit the legal systems, values and culture and standards of living (Chossudovsky, 2003, pp. 321-322). According to one perspective, the process of globalization mat help the countries and world in increasing and enhancing the standards of living (Hamilton, 2009, pp. 15-16).
