Investment and trade also encourage into other countries which is also a positive sign for the business, it brings more competition for the industries regardless of the boundaries of countries. Multinational Companies or blue chip companies are the good example of the globalisation. The matter of fact is that the businesses are no more at the limited stage but it is altering the concept of doing business. There are certain challenges present for the companies who own the large businesses and continuously spreading overall the world.

If we look into our self we all are actually promoting the international businesses in different ways as starting our days by the alarming clock which can be made by China, the buzzing news bulletin by BBC which is from Britain and couple of other things goods and services entertained or fulfilled our daily life's need (Leung, 2005, pp. 357-378). On the other hand the whole process needs to be managed by their industries or the key persons who manages or make the business to run overall the world. Manager of the companies are usually found to meet such challenges before entering into any global market as they have to meet plenty of the challenges such as cultural, economical, social, technological, political, and couple of other challenges needs to be meet to compete the challenges. Management and leadership would be served as the effective tools for meeting the challenges effectively and efficiently and bring the companies into the competitive and sucessfull environment.
