The latest trend of the 21st century emerged when many of the countries exchanged their cultures on the basis of their ideas, products, and world views; this phenomenon is generally referred to as globalisation. The interplay between macro - social forces and cultures is the art of globalisation. The social forces in this case include economics, politics, and religion.

The prime factors of globalisation in this case include the effective use of rapid telecommunication services which include both telephone and internet. Similarly the ease of transportation has also increased the pace of globalisation amongst countries and cultures. There history of globalisation is connected to the European voyages to hunt for new lands and civilisations however, the effectiveness of globalisation is only applicable because of the latest tools of globalisation.

The age of globalisation had begun ion the 1980s and it gained pace with the following decades until the 2000s when globalisation had ensured cross culture relations in all parts of the world. Advantages and disadvantages of globalisation are different phenomena but the four prime factors which influence the globalisation as identified by the international monetary fund are as follows. Dissemination of knowledge, movement, and migration of people, investment and capital movements, transactions, and trade.
