For instances, terrorist organizations, individuals and even government use information technologies in order to cause violent act in the particular are, which has given birth to the modern form of cyber terrorism. New forms of other terrorisms have been marked via the emergence of organized criminal societies and this has been witness by the entire world. Activities that have been in practice by different cultures such as Jihad culture and Al Qaeda have proved that these cultures and societies are using New Technologies in order to make the scenario much worst (Sorel, 2003, p. 375).
