Introduction

The success of an organization depends upon the performance of their employees. The organization can grow successfully if their human resource management policies and practices are strong. The world of work is changing rapidly and expanding materialize economies, international labor market and the advancement in technologies are all comprising a positive impact on supply of skills, the demand, corporation structure, the vision for employment, productivity and growth of the industry.

Managing human resource in any organization is a new approach for managing people. In this approach, the main resource considered is people. It is concerned with the people contributing their efforts in management of an organization. Organization depends upon the body of people, development of capacity of people, enthusiasm to gain higher level, manage their level of assurance, and their behavior towards job. All these activities fall in the criteria of human resource management.

Basically human resource management is a process of four main development, motivation, acquisition, as well as management of human resource. Maintaining good human relations in the organization is the responsibility of human resource managing department. It is also deal with development of a personality and motivate individual to achieve their assigning goals. When human resource management comes on an international level, it becomes international human resource management (Vaitilingam, 2006).

International Human Resource Management

It is the process of dealing human resource management internationally. International human resource management is normally termed as managing of multinational corporations. When an organization deals internationally, it inevitably steps up the level of decentralization, but it is not simple. It is the complex form of decentralizing operations and entails different types of culture, languages, political and economic systems, styles of management, lawmaking frameworks and conventions which are not present in organizational development and diversification that say within state border line (Armstrong, M. 2006).



Factors influencing HRM in international markets

The international human resource subject is complicated. There are many other factors which are affecting it externally and it will also have an impact of the success of the organization. The factors concerning factory are the available technology, nature of comparators and the surrounding of the industry. On the other hand, on country level or regional level, there are some factors like economic conditions, political conditions, the legal requirements, social and cultural circumstances to be considered. The two categories of factors which are affecting externally like the policies and practices in the organization, the targets and concerns of the association, and endogenous aspect. Factors that are internally involved in the issues of the organization have an influence on human resource management policies and practices, including the structure of the organization management, how the senior management of the organization oriented internationally, the strategy, the experience of the managers operating in international organizations.
