Human resource management is the most crucial and active operational system of any business organization. It deals with every single thing related to human resource (employees of that business). They work to manage the human resource in the most effective way to get best productive results and efficiency so that business may operate profitably. It looks after the recruitment, administration, training, redundancies and other vital areas of the employees. It also evaluates an employee's performance and works towards improving it to satisfy customer needs and demand in a better way with reduced cost in the long run. Global Human Resource Management

Human resource management provides a complete guideline for the employees regarding all business related aspects. It aims to provide a very motivating, helpful, flexible and easy go working environment for the workers to get maximum progress at work and struggles to help business achieve its goals through effective strategies. Whereas, international human resource management works at a broader criteria on a global basis.

Globalization refers to increased economic and business activities that are being spread all across the borders internationally. The economic activities expand its networks across international borders. Where businesses are experiencing heavy globalization they all feel the need of having a global human resource management program for their organization to deal with global business requirements and consider ways to manage human resource effectively.

When there will be an appropriate and effective human resource management and a proper plan in place business will be able to hire and retain correct number of employees with the correct skills and expertise that is demanded by the nature of work.
