In today's world, it is not very much difficult to find two to three different cultures represented in a single class rooms and are from different linguistic backgrounds. This part discusses the importance of multiple cultures and diversity in the environment.

Ethnic and Racial Diversity

This section discusses that race and ethnicity are used in a similar way but somehow they are different from each other. The expression ethnicity can be explained as membership in a group based on national origin, genealogy and ancestry. However, race is used to characterize the human beings into diverse groups.

This section explains that Language can be defined as the core ingredient of any group and is a mean of communication that contours personal and cultural identity and form the group in a socialized form.
