The distribution of limited resources and its impact on defenseless populations from global and Canadian perspective is still not in good form as still there are people who are not getting their basic rights and privileges accomplished. Globalization has formed an important ethical issue in satisfying health care for both developed and underdeveloped countries, but still the issues are not in control yet (Mill et.al, 2010). With the help of GC&E project people will start thinking about the rights of those people whose rights are not provided to them .
