Abstract
In the past for years, there have been numerous reports in the media of unethical behavior by teachers throughout America, and in Georgia in particular. There have been calls from more accountability of behavior by teachers both inside and outside of the classroom, through the enforcement of the code of ethics for educators. The educators' professional behavior who teaches in Georgia public and private school system is defined in the Georgia Code of Ethics for educators. The code of ethics services as a guide for ethical conduct. In addition, it is the responsibility of the Georgia Professional Standards Commission to examine reports of particular illegal conduct, and ethical codes of conduct or breaches of professional.

CHAPTER 1 INTRODUCTION
Codes of profession ethics for teachers constitute a guarantee to the public that the practices of teachers embodied high standards of conduct, while considering the students paramount interest, and key an eye on the conduct of professional members to avoid negative consequences to the students. Moreover, code of professional ethics helps in maintaining their internal conduct.
Most educators have an evidently stated set of conduct for controlling and managing behavior of students. Teachers post guiding principle of classroom for students, which include expectations, rules and consequences. On the other hand, a number of educators do not have sufficient information and understanding of codes of professional ethics that they are expected or have to follow.
Context of the Problem
High moral standards are expected of all professions, including public school teachers. The Georgia Code of Ethics for Educators, states that educators will show behavior that follows usually acknowledged profession principles and protects the integrity and dignity of the educating profession. Unethical conduct can be defined as unlimited to any demeanor that diminishes and/ or impairs the ability of certificate holders to work in a professional manner in his or her tenure and position of employment, or conduct/ behavior that is unfavorable to the discipline, wellbeing, health, or ethics of standards (Georgia Professional Standards Commission).
