The next part talks about some of these succinctly in alignments to clarify present position, which in turn assists evolve major contention of document.

The empirical data will highlight that women experience career and development constraints on account of equal but different gender roles, and that gender or equality issues are largely absent from HRM organization policy by comparing AIB HRM policies to those of Barclays Bank PLC in UK. It will suggest that HRM policy development at the organization level should specifically address the issue of women manager's management training.

The research will suggest issues of women manager's rights are a key aspect of understanding the relationships of globalization, Islam and HRM processes in Afghanistan and will argue that there is a need for international HRM scholarship to incorporate gender issues in policy planning and development.
