The arguments on gay and lesbian marriage has become very famous and one of the most common characteristic of every society worldwide. The secularization of the word marriage has further led on to a juridical and political recognition of lesbian and gay marriages. Though there has been a conflict by the Catholic Church, as it draws a distinction between the religious and secular meaning of marriage. Now days there are two different schools of thoughts, both relating to theological contemporary and thinking. The main question that is still unanswered is that whether there is a valid set of theological ethics to lesbian and gay marriage or not. It has become a focal point globally and had led to many political movements and sympathizers. It is often argued that gay and lesbian marriages have become and end game to a never ending historical struggle which initiated with the discrimination against homosexuality.

Discussion

The debate on marriages is intense in most of the Western world. Among proponents are LGBT organizations and various socialist and liberal organizations. They believe that Article 12 of the European convention, which gives all citizens the right to marry, claiming marriage for two people of the same sex. Heterosexual and homosexual relationships should be equal before the law; It is unreasonable to require that a person must be unmarried to undergo sex change. Opponents are particularly conservative organizations. They believe that marriage among men and women in almost all cultures throughout the world, and that this, together with contemporary research suggests that marriage between man and woman is adapted to human biological nature.
