Kelly Gary joined Southwest Airlines in as a controller in 1996 and is now working as a chairman and chief executive office of the company. He is Certified Public Accountant and did his Business Administration bachelors from the University of Texas in accounting. The effective management of Kelly Gary can be seen as a result of company achieving highest satisfaction level of customers. He has also been awarded as being the best CEO in United States for three consecutive years (2008-2010). Apart from this, he has also received many other rewards and recognitions (Southwest Airlines Co., 2013). Kelly has worked closely with the company's Co founder and Chairman in order to make southwest as the nation's leading Airline Company.
