Write an algebraic equation that fits the model.

3x + 6 = 4x + 1

The concept of subtracting and adding integers is not an easy task to grasp, utilizing integer titles provided me way to use and manipulate tangible objects that can assist me understanding potentially confusing procedure of subtracting and adding integers. This provided me with understanding of white tiles, which represents the positive numbers and red tiles represent negative numbers. I learned making pair of red and white tile, the initiation of problem helped me in determining the negative and positive answers, which was quite difficult for me.

I identified one of the difficult things about mathematics in this exercise; I had a trouble with understanding and remembering the matter of subjects. As a student of Mathematics, I faced hurdle and obstacles in learning things quickly at secondary school, but relating the concepts of Mathematics with real experiences improved my learning and cleared different concepts of algebra and mathematics. I believe that learning mathematics in a general is a tall order, getting familiar with the equation and figures can be found helpful in several ways, it teaches and provide student with the strength of knowledge and applications in broad context. The main reason of the significance of this activity and others like this is that the student or the solver of the question is forced to think, along with concentrating on avoiding the silly mistakes.

This question was significant for me because it helped me in thinking of many ways of solving it along with the staged process of making a question.
