Free Will

As per the indications of nature the main reason behind the occurrence of events is the causes. It is an admitted fact that the main reason behind the human actions is the great influence of heredity and environment. Thus, the evidence for Determinist position is very strong. Though, we have very strong beliefs that the choices have great influence on events, similarly there is an assumption that we can make free choices. This means that the individuals have freewill; therefore, they can be considered to be accountable for their actions. This is basically a contradiction of determinist position.
