The countries like United States, Canada, Australia and the European Union block has played a significant role in the integration of international boundaries under the umbrella of World Trade organization (WTO). Free trade agreement played a vital role across the nation to intensify the trade across the borders. It helps to get the development of the nation in the both countries.

Globalization has made this word trade a new perspective in comparison of its history. The markets around the world provide open opportunities to the others countries. Initially the trade gets started by the land routes then by the passage of the time trade become modernize. Now, the trade has a lot of medium to be done like Air mode, Rail mode, Water mode and Electronic mode. During trade of two countries when there are no hurdles put in a way of exchange by the government to limit the surge of commodities between the countries. Free trade can be defined as, when there are no artificial hurdles put by governments to limit the exchange of commodities between trading countries.
