Free Speech

Introduction

This paper has been written with regards to free speech, whether it should be allowed on college campuses or not. This is one of the most fundamental right of an individual and they must be given this right. However, it is also important to say that not every right should be given to the people. This is because they do not know how to handle all the rights they get because of which they might misuse them. It is also the right of the people to get justice and to live their lives according to their own style. For this, it is also essential for them to voice their opinions and to say what is in their minds and hearts.

With regards to the fact that freedom of speech whether it should be given to college students on it, it is important to analyze the benefits and the negative aspects. The right to free expression, and more specifically the freedom of the press, is occasionally in conflict with other rights. This is the case with the right to reply. A key part of the right to free speech is the right not to be compelled to express something contrary to conscience. Therefore, the right of reply - the right to answer charges through behind it half offensive - is a clear limitation of the right to say what one will not. The right to reply is part of the American Convention on Human Rights, but goes against the constitutional right to freedom of expression in several countries. Moreover, we have seen efforts to implement this right of mechanism built specifically regional. New opportunities were created to spread the law on the Internet and satellite broadcasts. New threats have emerged also in the shape of global monopolies and media pressure on independent media.

The way in which the females communicate with their family and friends differ from the way in which the males communicate. The setting of communication can be at home with the family and at office, university or at a party with the friends. Having a conversation with family, the people involved can be our parents or siblings.
