Overview/description/organizational needs

The purpose of coaching program is to ensure the implementation of a professional development model which employs standards based instruction. It is one in which lends a supporting hand to teachers in engaging with their students while using learning activities based on modern technology.

The educational organization is in need of a proper coaching program that trains a coach to dispense the responsibilities as a leader. These coaches through such a framework must be capable of employing the use of technology to further classroom curriculum and through that increases the academic qualifications of the students. This eventually helps the students to learn the technological techniques and integrate them into their learning process.

The coaches provide the right guidance that is needed by the students to enhance their learning and capabilities that will ensure them a successful future in their respective academic background. The educational organization through a proper plan that is implemented and acted upon by the coaches ensures that the goals and objectives set down by the organization are realized.

Background/need/justification

The need for a viable and successful Coaching Program Framework exists to ensure the growth and enhancement of an educational organization. The educational organizations can only be a success if a proper policy or plan is in place which has goals and objectives set out from the very beginning. Furthermore a proper set up to ensure the practical steps that would lead to the fulfillment of those goals and objectives are needed. Through the appropriate coaching program, these goals can be realized. The correct educational guidelines that would stress character development and with the practical implementation of the steps required to achieve the underlined goals will an organization be able to move successfully ahead.

Setting up of goals and objectives is something that every organization is capable of coming up with. The trick lies in ensuring that the path to achieve these goals is accurately carried out. Without the presence of a successful Coaching Program Framework, these goals cannot be accomplished and will merely remain a dream to be realized. This highlights the importance of a coaching program with a proper framework to be in place.

There are no standard rules or rules that are agreed to in general which define what it takes to be a successful coaching program. Each coach comes up with his own version of plan and approach which is suited to his or her nature and interests. Whatever the approach maybe, it has to adhere to a few ground rules. First of al there must be a time commitment. The time that should be set out for provision of the coaching service must be effectively practiced.
