The cycle represents the on going process of learning in the four cycle model that can be applied to every organization irrespective of their activities to boost and improve the learning process. It is an indicator of shared knowledge or common wisdom for humanity. The four cycle model is consisted of four circles, which are what we want, what we know, what we believe, and what we do?

The Four Cycle model can be applied to a high school in order to improve the education process and learning styles over all. To begin with, we would explore each component of four learning cycle separately. The first component to be reviewed with the aim of improvisation of school educating system is what we do? It represents the knowledge and concepts or agendas that are already known to school management. These represents the aims of any school in order to attain maximum number of admissions to run its business and fulfill is expenses to run its operations smoothly. Along with fulfilling the basic need of financing a school, a school itself is responsible for the provision of a noble service that is education children or next generation so that the world becomes a better place where every one is independent enough to live a prosperous and fulfilled life. It is achievable with the education and higher studies that help people in getting good jobs and growing in their field. It allows them to earn sufficient funds to make their life comfortable and raise their standard of living. Therefore, the truly first goal of a school should be the provision of higher level of learning for students. In order to gain the maximum number of admissions or increase sales, the school requires providing a safe and securing educating environment and comfortable classroom setting to students where they learn freely without any hesitation.
