The management should be open to employees in terms of feedbacks and opinions which might help in promoting the loyalty among the workers. This can also result in participation of the employees. The management should consider the development of objectives for staff in an effective manner. This implies that objectives should be specific, measurable, accurate, realistic, and time bound. The performance of the staff should be evaluated by measuring the outcomes against the expected or set standards.
Different companies prefer various degree of employee involvement in decision making (Bakhtari, 1995). Some companies allow its employees to intervene in the decisions in up to some extent while others forbid. However, it is highly regarded by companies these days to value the involvement of its workers in decisions. The management is responsible to control the degree of involvement to sustain the authority and allow considerable contribution.
