Introduction
The organizations in the recent decade are opting for more advanced procedures and approaches that lessen their costs and increase their productivity in order enhance their profitability in the market and gain a competitive advantage. Walton Construction Company is one of the prominent construction companies in the United States that was founded in 1956 by John William Walton Junior, George Buchannan and Ed Sumner in Nashville, Tennessee. The purpose of the company was to construct and suggest the construction of the interstate highway systems of United States of America. Within a couple of decades the company was able to make its place among the top 50 general construction companies in the United States. The company has expanded into various locations in the United States including Kansas City Missouri, Dallas Texas, St. Louis Missouri, Springfield Missouri, New Orleans Louisiana and a client service office in Pensacola Florida. The company has around 600 expert professionals in the field of constructions who are well serving the company. The in house expertise of the Walton Construction Company is developed to facilitate the project administration procedures which includes simple as well as complex projects. The competent workforce of the Walton Construction Company ensures that the schedule and the budget of the owner of the construction building remains in place and is not disturbed so that they would be able to achieve the budget and the schedule of the building construction.
