Possible Methodology for Solving This Crime

The facts and figures in case reveal that it's a murder case of John Quinn. I am the team leader of Forensic Lab technician team. As a team leader of this toxicologist team, it will be my responsibility to ensure organization of work in a timely and efficient manner. Similarly, it will be duty to ensure the compliance with internal regulations of toxicology. I believe that to ensure the compliance, it will be my duty to adhere to the principles of medical ethics, supervises the work of nurses and staff involved in this criminal investigation. It will plan and conducts the analysis of its results through proper medical documentation.

In case of damage as a result of resuscitation, I have to decide questions not only about the nature of these injuries, but also about the time of their occurrence. Although, the medical expert cannot be present at the site of the events, it can always attempt to obtain information on how the body was found, its position, the objects around him, the presence or absence of stains of blood, vomit, feces or other organic material, etc. On the other hand, they may give information that do not match what the expert noted in the body, which can also b the matter of interest when analyzing the facts (Kennedy, 2009).
