Case scenario

Ms. G is 46 years old woman caught by police on the charge of theft. At the time of arrest, she was drunk and intoxicated. She seemed to be very aggressive, physically hyper, and argumentative and in a stage of shock that she has been arrested by the police. She also tried to hurt police officer physically and was immediately taken into custody. While imprisonment, she complained about the rules and also gather and encourage others for hunger strike. Her history shows that she lost her parents in her childhood and separated from her brother immediately when shifted to foster care. She used to switch her jobs, sold drugs and had physical relationship with different men. She believed that she has been accused by the police and prosecutor and that she would not call defense counselor but instead, she wants to talk to the judge before her pretrial. She also refused to take plea bargain.
