The food pantry is basically a social service organization so the public must be fully aware of its programs, operational strategies and problems to strengthen their trust in organizational services. This study aims at providing substantial information to public about the different aspects of services being rendered by our food pantry including the economic issues, conformity of programs with the public needs, procedure involved in implementation of programs and benefits interwoven in the provision of social services. Introduction
The food pantries have increased and expanded remarkably in United States to cope up substantially with looming hunger and poverty. Food pantries are basically charitable and nonprofit organizations that provide the needy and hungry people with adequate subsistence (Weber, 1988).We initiated our food pantry services in 2005 named as “Food for Soul” and since then we have extended our offices throughout the New York at 20 multiple locations. The development of our plans, programs and implementation strategies are followed by significant research to ensure the quality services and their smooth execution. So we will acquaint public with all the necessary information about the various aspects of our food pantry and its programs.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the proficiency, opportunities, threats and
Challenges regarding the execution of our organizational programs. It will inform public about the economic situation, procedure involved in rendering welfare services, and the conformity of our practical performance with the needs and requirements of the public. The study is aimed at unveiling the underlying organizational realities to wipe out public's confusions and reinforce their affiliation with us.
Organization's Programs
Our major programs include public kitchen that provides food to more than 80,000 people on monthly basis. Another major program of our food pantry is food distribution service through which our committed personnel directly approach the community based organizations to provide food at relative localities. There are more than 6,000 community based organizations registered with us from the whole New York. Our most unique program is about healthy and hygienic nutrition aimed at spreading awareness among the poor communities of US to curb down the diseases emerging from poor nutrition.
