Business plays a most important role within our society. It is an inspired and competitive commotion that continuously contributes to the shaping of our society. By fulfilling the wants and desires people cannot satisfy themselves, businesses perk up the quality of life for people and generate a higher standard of living. It is an approach for individuals to offer goods and services to consumers, and at the similar time, generate a profit for themselves. Businesses are not simply imperative for the reason that they provide goods and services for consumers, but they as well improve the economy and increase jobs for people within society, which is another fact producing a higher standard of living. And the rapid pace of technology has enormous impact on business practices.

The implementation of each new production of technology is rising and is rapidly becoming cheaper than its precursor (Ermann, M. David, 1997). Technologies developed in the 1960s have seen fast rates of progress, implementation and dissemination. Less developed countries can now obtain the new technologies due to the fast decrease in cost, and the amalgamation of their low wages and the latest technology make them terrifying competitors in the global market. Roughly every area of information based employment, tangible services and industrialized is being intensely prejudiced by new technology.Science and Technology are making proceeds at an astounding rate. From telephones to the Internet, calculators to computers, cars to rockets and satellites, we are submerged in a sea of discoveries and inventions made probable by science and technology (Smith, H.A., and J.D. McKeen 2007 " Pp. 56-58).In the business world today, computers and the software applications that run on them fundamentally control a well-structured business. Every foremost company is operational with a computer, Internet and network that connect through different branches throughout the firm.Computers in businesses support them in keeping track of inventories. Lots of fields in business depend on the convenience, speed, accuracy, and reliability that computers have become known for. On the other hand, all companies small and large benefit from the use of computers (Smith, H.A., and J.D. McKeen 2007 " Pp. 56-58.)
