The Juvenile Justice System

Introduction

Juvenile court is a special court that deals with underage defendant changed with crime (Davis, 1974). The normal age of these offenders in juvenile is under 18years. This document is describing the essential steps of this system. In later part of this paper, it will suggest some changes that will need to improve the process of this system.
