Lobbyism has taken root in the demographic process for many decades the world over. In Washington alone, there are over thirty-five thousand registered lobbyists representing a plethora of businesses and organizations. In fact, it is hardly believed that any sector of American economy is not represented by lobbyists (Dbp.idebate.org, 2010). This paper highlights the fiscal propositions that in the role of being a paid lobbyist for Starbucks would bring about favorable outcomes through advocacy for my organization.
