Ratios help to quickly identify strengths and weaknesses of your company regarding its autonomy and financial independence, performance, solvency and liquidity. Financial ratios are numbers that have certain implications in the analysis of financial statements. These ratios are calculated by are dividing two numbers (two items) presented in the financial statements. The two figures may be taken from the budget, income statement, cash flow statement or other statements.
