That is the sensation that consumers all over the world receive once they pop the top of a Toyota. Many drive it without ever realizing how the drive became so popular or how ToyotaCo, originating in 1919, gained its success (Toyota History, 2009, 65). The Toyota Company has taken an entrepreneurial journey that has brought it from its origin in the United States to the lands of the Far East and beyond. Along the way, ToyotaCo has been faced with several challenges including making its cars more appealing to a diverse world and adequately overcoming economic forces. Nevertheless, ToyotaCo has remained flexible, innovative, and adaptive throughout the years. It knows what consumers want, and it takes responsibility for those whom it serves: consumers, shareholders, and stakeholders. In all these things, prosperity has become Toyota Co's shadow: as reflected in the company's annual SEC 10-K's for 2008 and 2009. (Saito, 2009, 78)

Toyota's Mission

Toyota's mission has always been to provide clean and safe products. Thus, the business has positioned the natural environment as one of its most important matters and has been employed in the direction of creating a prosperous humanity and a world that is comfortable to reside in.
