The purpose of the paper is to identify the current economic situations of the country, the target customer for the real estate sector. The mixed methodology for the research is being adopted for conducting the research; both the methods of qualitative and the quantities research are being adopted. As the real investments can be risky if the buyers are not aware of the different types of houses. That ranges from apartment complex, single houses, commercial, duplex or residential. The area in which it is located, the beds, baths and the freeways and the proximity from the main city are major factors that are considered before buying the decision. After doing survey from the local people we can determine the pricing according to the given variables, the bedrooms, the bathrooms and township, pool and garage, health care and distance from the city.

Introduction

As in Chine the process of aging is rapidly increasing which is much higher than the growth rate of population of China. The population aged sixty years old and above was approximately 13.26% as compared to the year 2000 it was 2.93%. The population above sixty five years old and above was approximately 8.87% which has been increased with 1.91%. Accor5ding top statistics the gap is up to 500 billion Yuan along with few professional institutions in order to fulfill the demand. In the pension industry the opportunity of the business is increased along with this there are many programs that have been launched such as Shanghai Xiao Xian fang while the senior housing development is not yet ripe and good apartments for the elderly are very rare is Taiyuan. All these apartments' needs the basic needs of the people such as good shelter and clothing but these are not the real needs of the people. The facilities for support are backward, these facilitie4s are also old, and the reservation of the products for the elderly are unused, and therefore our projects kept its emphasis on the high end retirement community.
