Bison Gold Exploration Inc.

Bison Gold Exploration Inc. (Bison) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for mining of precious and base metals. The Company owns a 100% interest in 26 Central Manitoba and Cryderman claims located approximately 160 kilometers northeast of Winnipeg, Manitoba (the Central Manitoba Bissett gold property). The Company has an 11.14% interest through a joint venture agreement with Falconbridge Limited in 62 mineral claims located in the Burntwood River area of Manitoba (the Burntwood River nickel property). It owns nine mineral claims situated approximately 50 kilometers southeast of Lynn Lake, Manitoba covering approximately 1,967 hectares (the Beaucage Lake gold property). The Company owns a total of 28 claims in the Snow Lake area of Manitoba (the Apex/Miner gold property). Bison holds an option to acquire a 10% interest in one claim covering an area of 17 acres located within the limits of the City of Flin Flon, Manitoba (the War Baby property).
