Introduction

This is the final project report, on a school in a suburb of New Hampshire. This project reflects the need for Professional development program to reduce the gap of communication between the teaching personnel and students, by joining hands with parents, and increasing their skills of giving instructions to students.

Overview of The Program

USA is home to people belonging to a different religion, countries, cultures and languages. Many immigrants make USA their home every year. Many students also visit USA for study purpose. However, these students and immigrants are not always so fluent in English. They particularly find it difficult to understand the accent that people in America speak. They are having limited understanding of English literature to the extent that some might even have problems in writing, reading and speaking skills.

The Far West Elementary School seeks an opportunity to cater its services and progress according to its mission.
