a. Annotated Bibliography

Submission of annotated bibliography helped me in understanding the real meaning of a fellowship. Before working on this project I thought that fellowship was only related to conducting training sessions for the people but now I realized that it is a professional job. In order to do fellowship it is important that an individual must master in its skills and perform it professionally. I only had a small experience in the fellowship program which was a trauma fellowship at the beginning of my nursing career. This evidence proves the accomplishment of the annotated bibliography.



b. Copy of need Assessment

Need assessment guided me and my mentor to understand how the fellowship study will be implemented according to the needs of the hospital. The need assessment kept me on the path of collecting and organizing the content for the fellowship. The evidence of need of assessment can be seen from the survey results.

c. Results of need of Assessment

The results helped my monitor to highlight the areas where trauma fellowship program needed improvement. My past experience in trauma fellowship helped me in addressing the areas where problem existed in the program. It also help me realized that my mentor was always present for my support despite having a very busy schedule. This shows that the project was not only beneficial for the hospital but it was also very important for my future career. The evidence shows that feedback was provided by the mentor.

a. Submit Bibliography of current material

The material used in the fellowship was related to the nurse practitioners because nursing is directly related to the fellowship regarding the hospital. The study also included the data collected from the assistant physicians who performed similar nursing functions. My mentors guided me during compilation of the report and I religiously followed there suggestion of keeping the report short yet informative. So that reader's interest does not end till the end of the report. This provides an evidence of the feedback provided by my mentors.

b. Approval of the Project

After completing the compilation of the data, it was presented to the mentors so that it can be approved for using it in the curriculum of the fellowship. During the process of getting approval for starting any project at the Park lane hospital, I got to know about the different venues from where approval is taken, how does the organization run its operations internally and the politics in the hospital. Another evidence of my mentor's feedback was that he told me that the process of approval of a project is similar in any other organization, as this was my first project this information was very beneficial for my future career projects.

c. Starting the Project
