Nowadays, trend of ice-cream has been change to the old traditional home made for the reason of taste and healthy for family and their health. For this purpose, I have decided to open up a franchise of Cool Moose Creamery in Parry Sound, Ontario, with the help of three friends and a patented new home made product called Snofroze. This report provides the viability and feasibility study of the overall business prospect of opening up a Cool Moose Creamery in Parry Sound, Ontario. Moreover, it would also include the analysis of the industry prospects all over Canada and then Parry Sound specifically. Furthermore, it would include the Quantitative Assessment of the proposal of purchasing and operating a new single head soft serve ice cream machine and its implication on revenues, costs, profits and specifically ROI and PayBack Period.
