Salvador Minuchin developed a family structural theory fifty years ago with the belief that the behaviors of a person are a reflection of his relations with others (Minuchin & Fishman, 1981). Our development is a bi-product of our interaction with others (kids, parents, spouse, and other family members), which develops our “Matrix of identity”.
