Family Circle is one to which all and each of the members of one family. The circle Enterprise includes all the individuals who work within it and earn a pay check or direct economic benefit as a result of work performed and that adds value to the company. The circle determines who are property owners of the shares of the company, which generates a range of duties and rights over it (Hannah,1982).
