Introduction

Nephrolithiasis is a common disease. It has lifetime prevalence in 5% of women and 10% men. The stones in kidney are crystal aggregates containing dissolved urinary minerals that develop in the kidney because of some abnormalities in urine content or renal physiology (Croppi et al., 2008). In this paper we will discuss the case of Nephrolithiasis. Furthermore, the paper will discuss the effects of genetics on Nephrolithiasis and potential associated alterations together with symptoms.
