European Exploration was one of the major events of the world. Numerous places, inventions and lands were discovered. There were numerous factors which led to the European Exploration. The most significant factor is probably the Renaissance. The era of Renaissance led to the innovative interest in navigation and geography (Fernandez, 2006). Some of the other major factors that led to the 15th century European Exploration are as follows:
Economic: The Europeans wanted spices and other goods from the East.
Science: The Renaissance is a rebirth of the ancient world, knowing that time was re-discovered and developed.
