1. Introduction

The Internal and External Environment of organization related to managerial ethics and also corporate social responsibility in Process Of Management. For this report focus on Suvarnabhumi Airport. In my report, there is the meaning of all factor also analysis Suvarnabhumi Airport. The new airport affected to people , society and themselves. I expected that this report would help us to know more about in some key areas need to be improve and understand the meaning for next step to learn the Management.

Discussion

There is many factor that is the composition of Management one of its is Organization Environment that included in external environment and internal environment, also Managerial Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility. Regarding critical report that focuses three elements with case study of Suvarnabhumi Airport. This report is not only provides the meaning of three element but also critical thinking and overview of airport's problem. Every organization should apply its into the management policy but there is the problem that do not know the exactly definition. Beginning factor is the external environment refers to forces and institutions outside the organization that potentially can affect the organization's performance. Two component of its are the specific environment and the specific environment.

Next factor is Managerial Ethics, According to Robbins (et al.2006, p.174), Ethic is the rules and principles that define right and wrong conduct which there are four views of ethics; the first is the utilitarian view of ethics, the right view of ethics, the theory of justice view of ethics and the integrative social contracts theory. The last factor is Corporate Social Responsibility, According to The World Business Council for Sustainable Development, CSR is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large (mallenbaker.net, n.d.).

For case study, Suvarnabhumi Airport project began in 1960 the Thai Government hired a US company, Litchfield Whiting Bowne & Associates, to conduct a study and survey for the planning of Greater Bangkok 1990. The study noted that “Bangkok should have another commercial airport in order to separate civil aircraft from military aircraft”. This study corresponded well with a study conducted by the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in1960. In 1961 Minister of Transport showed that the most suitable sites were the areas around Lad Krabang canel, Paves cannel and Nong Ngu Hao cannel(Cobra Swamp). The project of new airport took long time of studying. It was started and stopped the study until 1991, the project was under the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport, with the Airports Authority of Thailand (AOT) as the major investor. In 1995, The New Bangkok International Airport (NBIA) company was formed but due to political and economic chaos it took six years for construction to start in 2000.
