ABSTRACT

The goal of this experimental research is to recognize the sort of resistance to change in oil and gas industry. Since, innovation and advancement of the sector depends on the effective communication of the change in the industry. A thorough literature review observes the reason of resistance to change and the different strategies for reducing it. Implication for the change in the gas and oil industry and its benefits are suggested. Different strategies are discussed for reducing the resistance in the industry. It is also suggested that change is beneficial and essential for the innovation and advancement of the industry.
